Oxford Gosling: Grazing

See the pale blue of its eye in large ("L").

The gosling is now huge! It has more feathers on its face, and is generally whiter, but its neck and back are still fully downy... I took lots of pictures of the young birds by the Isis this afternoon; I found it hard to choose which to blip so chose this for pure adorableness (why stand up to graze?).

I've put up some others on Flickr (right from here).
Highlights:
Running with the flock
Feathery face
Greylag gosling: proud of its wings
Tiny mallardling
