Blank canvas

On the day I've ticked over 2000 blips, I moved out of home for earthquake repairs.

So here I am, just before I walk out the door, lying on the floor downstairs and looking at what is now the blank canvas of my home.

Each day is a blank canvas. Each day I blip I'm reminded of that. Blip central provides the platform and we do the rest. As Aaron Siskind said:

"Photography is a way of feeling, of touching, of loving. What you have caught on film is captured forever . . . it remembers little things, long after you have forgotten everything."

Amen to that.

Just another day in the rich tapestry that is my life. But it is my 2000th blip and it is indeed a blank canvas.

Thanks blip central. Thanks to my subscribers and to those near and far who have become friends. Thanks to Dad who continues the tradition he and Mum began of following my life on blip.

I continue to be inspired by the journey that is blip. I'll be back tomorrow.

Large blank canvas :-)
