Kyle of Lochalsh

Fabulous last full day. We drove to Kyle of Lochalsh to check train times, etc, but decided a boat trip might be a better idea, especially as the day was turning out to be such a beautiful one. Ate lunch in the car (a running theme of this holiday!) then boarded the Atlantis Seaprobe (a glass bottomed boat). Really beautiful weather and a fantastic boat trip. We saw lots of seals - including these ones - and below deck, we saw kelp forests, hundreds of tiny baby crabs suspended in the water, and lots of jellyfish, too.

Drove over to our favourite road on Skye again, for one last look, then back to our cottage. Had a quick rest, then a drink in our garden before heading out to Plockton Shores for another delicious dinner. A really lovely way to round off the week :)
