We are blessed with a very sunny warm day.
It could not be more welcome.
I spent most of the day in Accrington and went up to the One Planet shop.
It was so warm we had the shop door wide open.
I served customers and priced up a few orders, enjoying the friendly atmosphere of the shop. I bought a bottle of Biona Organic Apple Cider Vinegar.Good value at £2.15 for 500mls.
I intend to use it to make salad dressing.
Customers say it is good for reducing arthritic swelling and it is very alkaline. You can put a dessert spoonful of the apple cider vinegar in a pint of water and drink it.
More people are aiming for alkaline diets as too much acid in your diet is not good for you.
