Anyone for a cupcake?

Very varied day today but all good.

Our late night card playing left us both very tired this morning and we had worship practice first thing. Struggled through that and then started decorating the cupcakes straight away.

They were for the Y11 prom night at one of the schools in DB, the theme was 'casino' but their budget and very strict instructions to keep it simple with red, white and black colours, left a lot to be desired. So this is what I came up with. MYP stands for 'Middle Year Programme' which is two years before the IB diploma (or the modern equivalent of A Levels).

Had to have a quick nap before heading into town (we hardly EVER go into town on a Saturday night) for a farewell gathering for my dear friend Angie and her husband. It was such a nice evening, really enjoyed the meal at a 'Southern US' restaurant.

So it was another late night indeed. And tomorrow is Father's Day.
