High-vis gardener

The landscaping work on the site of the old science block at school is continuing. They are doing a very thorough job of it (and it does seem to be taking quite a time).

This guy, still in his hard hat and high vis jacket, seems to be digging the artificial soil mountain which has been created. It wasn't at all clear what he was doing or why, but I'm sure it will all look wonderful when the job is finished.
