Ritual Cloth

This detail of a ritual cloth was on show at the World Textile Day Scotland in Bridge of Allan today. It comes from the Miao people in South West China.
I had a marvellous time admiring this and many more exotic textiles from all over the world as well as adding some pieces to my own little collection. More pictures can be found here.
