Le Leeds!

Had to make a trip into Leeds today, a little adventure on the bus and the train.

There are so many banners and reminders around of Le Tour due in just over a week and of course 'Le Grand Depart' is from Leeds city centre.

I couldn't resist these very Yorkshire signs in the Trinity Centre, especially the yellow one! Hope anyone outside of Yorkshire can understand it and it's fellow 'Ey up'!

We always go either via or back through the Trinity Centre now not because we like to shop particularly but to visit the Trinity Kitchen to see what food is on offer. We stopped for a late lunch and chose a stall called Tacochu. (Apparently American influenced food with Japanese rice originating in Okinawa!)
We had Spicy Yorkshire beef and rice with salad and cheese, tacos, soured cream and guacamole. Yum. I thought Chris would have wanted the Vietnamese Pho again as this is a permanent stall ( the outer food stalls change every month for different street food vendors) and he was sorely tempted by the Jamaican selling Jerk chicken, rice and peas, mama's slaw and fried plantain.

Might have to go back before they move on!

Vive Le Tour!
