Dare to be Different

Could this be an omen for Scotland come September? The odd one out of four? Or not!!

For some reason, this rose is the only one on a heavily-laden bush which has come out a different colour from the rest and very pretty it is too. I like a flower with an independent mind:-)

I had hoped to go out for a drive today, but I'd reckoned without the Men's Final at Wimbledon (husband is glued to the TV) and the appalling weather here. Not just heavy rain, but hailstones to accompany the thunder and lightning! When will summer start?
