Cornwall Day 10

Boats in Padstow Harbour where we had a lovely afternoon and rather a large late lunch (but which means I don't have to spend too much time in the kitchen tonight!). There were alot of people here today but one person and one little dog sadly conspicuous by their absence - Padstowbabe and Nellie! Nevertheless we had a lovely time.

We had hoped to have fish 'n' chips at Rick's but got the timing wrong, they close early afternoon until 5pm so had to find somewhere else to enjoy a late lunch. We did and actually found a pub at the end of the harbour with a precious vacant table outside where we sat, ate and enjoyed the reluctant rays of sun which were on offer today, otherwise mostly overcast but still very warm.

I wonder if the thunder storms will arrive tomorrow, after what is supposed to be the hottest day so far this year?
