Golden Variety

In spite of pulling out huge clumps of daylillies, which tend to take over the garden if allowed, we still have lots of orange flowers coming up. However, this one is different and is a golden colour, so it will be allowed to stay:-)

Spent most of the day looking for sandals for my daughter, with no success. She knew exactly what she wanted, but had been unable to get them locally, so I offered to scout round the shops in Dundee and Perth for her. Good excuse for a bit of retail therapy, although I had to leave my husband at home. Not his idea of fun!

Very warm today, verging on humid, which is not so good, but I really mustn't complain as it's lovely to see the sunshine.
