Hostas

Lots of hosta blooms starting, so I keep watching for hummingbird moths! They came through about 2 years ago at this time of the year--I'd never seen them before, & they were facinating to watch--hovering & flying like hummingbirds, but colored like moths & not nearly as skittish! No sightings yet, though! My neighbor spends a lot of time outside & promised me if he spots one he'll let me know right away! I wonder if they only make an appearance every few years?? I'm not at all familiar with their habits! :)
