Skandals went down a storm when they brought Scarborough's Seafest to a close this afternoon. The size of the marquee erected on the West Pier for the music stage and bar perfectly suited singer Alethea Estill's dynamic style. By the end the ska quintet had about 20 people dancing at the front.
