Buttercup Beauty

When I took Toto for a walk this morning I picked some buttercups and other fancy buds and seeds and bits and pieces and came home with my haul of treasure and spent a wonderful couple of hours playing and experimenting with the macro lens.

Then I watered all the pot plants and launched into a long series of macro droplet shots, it was quite a day! :0)

I loved the buttercup in the end as I've always had trouble getting clear detail with anything yellow and it seems the macro lens can cope quite well with that!
