Mono-Monday: Motion

This is the ceiling fan in our bedroom, always in motion during the summer. It is a very essential feature to keep those hefty air conditioning bills down. The motor casing is brushed brass which I wanted to show while still capturing the motion of the blades.

I really enjoy the mono-monday challenges as I always seem to learn something new. This was quite fun and I learned some new configurations for my tripod that I had not yet tried. :-) It is a good thing I was home alone. I am sure it would have been quite amusing to see me down on the floor trying to get under the fan.
