Tuned up

IT's been a long and painful day today. Still suffering from overdoing the exercise yesterday. Other than that it's been a quiet day.

Looking forward to the weekend already, it'smy dad's birthday tomorrow so several people are coming round here for dinner, drinks and a bit of a guitar session. I think MAddy might have to lead it this time round though as she knows more tunes than the rest of us put together now.
