First Aid

Could not get out of my bed this morning, Eco mum did the dog walk.

I was at a first aid course all day to cover the club football team in the league.

Not bad course met some interesting people, the room was freezing.

During the course looked out onto the hockey pitch and saw some girls I used to baysit and their mother all playing in the same team. Could not go down to speak to them which was a bummer as it would have been great to catch up.

Came home to watch the England rugby game, I used to play rugby and I am so glad I played in the days of baggy jerseys some of the players that took the pitch in my day would not look good in skintight tops.

This is one leg that I could not treat.
