The Seagull that Followed the Boat

20C. Sunny. Light breeze. More please.

After the grocery shopping was put away Apothecary7, Maeve the Deerhound and I went through to Arbroath harbour for a walk. The tide was out and so were the majority of the fishing boats and day trip boats. The outer basin looked quite deserted.

At the furthest end of the outer harbour wall I went up the steps to look out to sea. As chance would have it there was a boat approaching the harbour. I got a sequence of three shots and chose to post this one which shows the seagull that followed the boat all the way into the harbour. No doubt more birds joined it when the catch was being unloaded.

It is a while since I have had anything resembling an unintentional series.
