Peppers

The rain that was forecast for today duly arrived and lasted much of the day.

We made stuffed peppers for tea. The blanched half peppers looked very pretty all lined up in the dish ready to be filled with a mixture of rice, carrots, onions and mushrooms.

This bank holiday seems to presage the end of summer.
