Tri Valley v. Millersburg

Monday’s game against Millersburg was so intense. JV and varsity both lost but varsity didn’t lose easily. Each of the 5 games they played was absolutely nerve-wrecking. They would score then we would score and it went back and forth like that throughout each game. Every time we’d score the crowd would go nuts, screaming and cheering on our girls. It was so loud in that gym. The crowd just kept going and going, each side cheering on their girls. I even got pretty loud even though I was sick. Each team had won 2 games so they had to play the fifth one. Varsity plays to the best of five and this was the tie breaker. The last game was to 15 and it was so close. A couple missed serves and hits into the net gave Millersburg the couple extra points they needed to win.
I noticed there were a lot of bad calls during each of those games. The one time we hit a ball and it was going out and the one Millersburg girl touched it as it was going out and the refs gave Millersburg the point. She clearly touched it and everyone saw it.
