Last Night In Long Beach

We were out celebrating the accomplishment of our many tasks this past weekend, the biggest being loading a U-hual pod for shipment to Seattle with the possessions our daughter wishes to keep once she moves out of her apartment in December. Not easy packing the pod on one of the hottest days of the year, but everything went according to plan and we were able to get out for a pleasant dinner downtown. Walking back, we passed the fountains in front of the Performing Arts Center and I realized I would not have the opportunity to photograph them again for awhile as we ourselves leave for Seattle bright and early in the morning. The typical shot is from straight on (I have watched dozens of people take such an angle), but I liked that from this angle you can see the side fountains as well as the brightly illuminated main spray.
