Farewell Cat

Today Lucy the cat went home after her 'holiday' with us for 2 weeks. We'll miss the wee critter although I'm sure she'll be glad to be back with her owners. The garden picture is the little plot where our own cat is buried (the metal plaque is shaped from a photo of her). Cats are great company but like all pets need attention and bring heartache if anything goes wrong. I'm very glad Lucy has been returned hale and hearty.
As a footnote, on this day that Alex Salmond announced his resignation, it must be a very tough call. Whatever people think of him, he gave it his all.
