Kookaburra sits in the old gum tree....

Spence and I were playing in the lounge room today and all of a sudden we heard this big noise outside the window. We went outside and it was about 10 kookaburras laughing in the gum tree. They would sit there and all join in, then some of them would fly off into another tree, laugh a bit then come back and do it again!

Spence and I also went to the local music and movement class at the community center. A lady runs it and we all bring a piece of fruit and three dollars then sing and dance for an hour, then read a story, then all the kids eat a bowl of mixed fruit. It's great to meet other people in the area and good for Spence to sing and dance and mix with other kids.
