Look who went for a paddle!

Rosie has been getting a little stronger, thanks to the medicines. This morning, after a breakfast of scrambled egg, we thought we'd see if she was interested in going out. Pete fetched her collar, and immediately she got up and started to wag her tail. In truth I think she liked the car ride best, but she managed to walk from the car to the lake at Ferry Meadows, where she spent about ten minutes paddling. After that she sniffed a few posts and then headed back to the car, quite content. Her appetite is growing and she seems a lot more cheerful in herself. If it's fine, tomorrow we're planning to take her on a picnic - not much walking, but time to just sit outside and eat cake!
