Time for an adventure

BA0001. The number they used to use for Concord is now adopted by BA's service from London City to JFK. And very special it is too. 32 Business Class seats and a stopover in Shannon, Ireland where one also clears US immigration.

Landing in JFK is therefore a breeze. We simply collected our bags then met our driver.

The holiday has been a long time coming, and is especially welcome after a very stressful few weeks. My husband lost his job very unexpectedly, and I have been in a very busy period where work has been a challenge (and not entirely the good kind).

So, a week ahead of not thinking about that stuff and enjoying the moment.
