Progress

The old hotel no longer, the façade stands propped up although when standing opposite it, it doesn't look or feel quite so safe. In due course a new building will emerge with the façade remaining as High Street in our small town slowly rebuilds after the effect of the earthquakes.

A quick one on the way home after a meal out, the easterly wind was bitterly cold as the sun was setting, I didn't linger.

Slippers are on and a cuppa is brewing, have a great night everyone :)

PS Another day of tradesman here, first the plumber, second the plumber and thirdly the fire people - no not the Fire Brigade, just the installation people re our fire, all is good :)
