Harvest bounty

I got my usual veg box on Tuesday, lots of goodies including leeks and potatoes.

My friend brought me another bag of veg last night as she is going away for 10 days and yes, there were leeks and potatoes.

So it had to be leek and potato soup today. It is at least appropriate for this Autumn weather.

I made my usual wholemeal seeded bread too and now have a batch of olive bread in the breadmaker.


Now something to make with all those carrots?
