Eli and the Alarm Clock

Daddy's alarm has been geared up and ready to sound us awake for the past 6 months. It had yet to fulfil it's purpose...until this morning...at 7.15am!! That irritating rock song never sounded so good!

After a long nap we went to bookbug then met daddy for lunch. I couldn't believe it when we went round the shops for the 3rd day in a row! A quick visit to my great granny then home.

Mummy's packing a suitcase tonight and she's sneaking off before I wake up (hopefully). She's been singing this song all day:

Nellie the Elephant packed her trunk
And said goodbye to the circus
Off she went with a trumpety-trump
Trump, trump, trump...
