Evening Reward

After way too many hours at my desk today, we rushed out for our normal early evening walk. I was going to go to a local park but at the last minute I decided we would walk around this nearby lake instead. We were not disappointed! We've enjoyed many walks around this lake, but this has to be the best sunset I have ever seen here. I'm not sure why the evening skies have been particularly stunning the last couple of weeks, but I'm loving it!

I think the swan enjoyed having his picture taken! I took numerous pictures over several minutes and he never left his spot.
