Breaking down

Everything is breaking down.

The central heating is still not working consistently.
The DVD player has died.
My compact camera, which gave me problems a few days ago, has now died completely (having been used extensively yesterday for our street photography walk).

The latter threatens the continuity of my blips, as I rely heavily on the little camera which I can carry around with me; it is not practical to take my SLR everywhere with me.

I think everything is getting old - like me.
