Morning mists

I went all the way to Tuscany to see early morning mists...........and here we are with some stunning views in this area today. I had difficulty deciding whether to use this or one from Limestone Corner on Hadrian's Wall. This was taken from the Stanegate (Roman Road) near Newbrough.

Day Two of the Haltwhistle Autumn Walking Festival. I did not walk because Arth is playing up and I need him to be fit when I have walks to lead. Not a happy bunny, but enjoyed the chance to do some photography. I also visited hazelh at her parents' house in Allerwash Hall so that I could return her camera from yesterday's outing.
