Porsche Pizzazz

I negotiated this flood on the way to Stortford by mounting the kerb and driving in the cycle lane. It reminded me of when I crossed town on the verges in the snow in the eighties to get my children to school. My FWD Lancia coped well in snow and ice.

I could have avoided the flood on the way home but thought it might be a photo opportunity. I got through fine using my not too slow not too fast technique. A couple of vehicles were stranded hydrolocked at the roadside.

Most vehicles were crawling through but then this Porsche 996 Turbo approached at quite a lick and powered through with panache. I used to fancy owning a Porsche but it hasn't really crossed my mind since I have had my S2000.
