Fillet of Fish

Our normal park adventure was enhanced by a food festival. The highlight of which was this impressive fish exhibition. The guy expertly and quickly filleted this tuna accompanied by a taiko drummer.
Within minutes the fish was wrapped, priced and sold to the eager audience. It doesn't come much fresher than this.
