Double award

Apologies for the shaky photo - blame Mr K (plus I have a light sticking out the top of my head).

Sarah has been for her GCSE award evening - she also received awards for 100% attendance and a special learning for life award. I was given a surprise award for supporting her through her school life - feels a bit fraudulent as I haven't done anything any other parent wouldn't have done, but nonetheless it was a very special moment for us to stand at the front and have Sarah's success recognised. I even managed not to cry. Much.

Now. Up at 3am for an early flight, so hot milk and warm bed (not pre-warmed by the canine hottly bottly tonight, she is snuggled up in her bed at the kennels).
