Penguin Droppings

Gentle Waves

A dull grey afternoon requiring high ISOs and slow shutter-speeds. I chose to make the most of it take deliberately slow exposures of around half a second.

For that, I needed to find somewhere to contrast the static with the dynamic. Dificult. The last couple of days have been very calm and virtually no swell was coming in from the North Sea.

This was a small shoreline boulder at Kinghorn.
