Broken Rainbow

I decided to go for a swim this morning. It wasn't too bad, I was careful and managed a few lengths. It was great to get back in the water.

The sunshine was glorious this morning and I contemplated going to Dunham, but by the time I shifted my lazy arse the sun had gone in. I read the paper, fiddled on the ipad and thought I really should stir myself.

I nipped down to the Quays and had a little wander, then I went to Ellen's. The coven was meeting for tea and Ellen had baked parkin and scones...yummy.

Well...I have a hankering for chinese tonight so I'm going to nip out and get me something tasty!
