Every dog has its day

As I was walking past the bank I spotted Tony floating overhead.
Prior commitments prevented him from flying his hang glider yesterday. He said he'd be out today.
Also, happy birthday to lovely B... Although, in this case, I would like to distance these sentiments from the above title.
