Castle in the Bay

Sunset in Morecambe Bay, seen from the shore in Silverdale. The forecast had shown a late afternoon clearance in the cloud that had lasted most of the day, and I had a feeling that there might be a good sunset. It was the best of the season so far. Out there in the Bay are scattered feeding redshanks, curlews and oystercatchers. In front of the sun the cloud on the horizon looked like a huge castle.

Otherwise, it has been a quiet day, though Wifie did give me my first lesson ever in Qigong. I'm feeling perfectly relaxed.
