Area Meeting at Aylesbury

The last time I was at Aylesbury Quaker Meeting was in September; it was my first visit there and I took a picture of the garden and Meeting House. These are just behind the terraced house at the front, which provides accommodation for the warden and his wife, as well as containing a kitchen, library and space for groups to meet.

Today I'm here for Chilterns Area Meeting, very efficiently conducted by our Clerk. One of the agenda items was my nomination as Assistant Clerk to Area Meeting, to start my triennial next January. I can see there are high standards for me to live up to!
