At Home: Make me a pie as fast as you can...x

Beau is a keen chef. Mince Pies are on the evening menu. Well, there isn't a menu, because we are so full from eating out at the inspiring Sunday Lunch event in Hereford. What is it about being more peckish after you have eaten a huge lunch?

Beau gets stuck in, I love his attempts at mince pies. The pastry is always really too lumpy and thick. The filling heaped in clumsily and the flour...well thats just worn, because you need to look like you made them.
