Curryoake

We were most active today between the hours of midnight and 2:00am singing our hearts out around Mr hazelh's karoake machine. Pictured here left to right are hazelh, S, K, J and Mr hazelh. In the audience is K and my sister-in-law's arm. Nadinepierce was one of our party guests, and blipped some of the goodies that served as fuel for the "singing".

After a few hours of sleep and a hearty breakfast we blew away the cobwebs with a walk on Portobello beach in glorious warm sunshine: there was even a child paddling in the sea. Then it was back to the flat for roast ham before our weekend visitors set off home.

Mr hazelh has spent this evening clearing the sitting room of all the furniture in preparation for the arrival of the decorator (and the rabbits) tomorrow. Meanwhile I packed a suitcase a trip to London. I'll be there all week. By the time I return our sitting room will have been transformed. All the bare plaster in this shot will have been banished behind the new wallpaper - hurrah!

(Backblipped for yesterday: Heron on the Water of Leith.)

Exercise day: beach walk.
