This is me today. On the phone to banks (IT issues - theirs) and HMRC (mutter, mutter). And now I have to write letters. Having spent the majority of my working life in IT I used to have a saying:

Those that can - support
Those that can't - programme
And those that can't programme - consult

I'm no longer sure that the first line is true ......
