Full moon

Took the dog for a latish walk, catching the moon rising behind "our masts".  

Still experimenting with the camera.  Trying to get a picture where the moon was not overexposed was difficult - it had a tendency to look more like the sun!  I had to play with this a bit on the computer to "improve" it.

If the promised rain allows, we might take the tripod out tomorrow and experiment with some of the limited ability to alter the auto functions - any suggestions would be welcome.
