Open wide!

A rather rubbishy blip today, just a sticker I spotted on a garbage bin on the way back from this morning's cardiac rehab session.

Only two sessions this week because Wednesday is St Patrick's day and we get a day off.

Apart from the rehab session the day so far, and for the rest of it by the look of things, has been work, work, work.

Oh yes ... I've back-blipped Saturday and Sunday if anybody's interested.
