Stormy Clouds

It took a while to get going this morning after a late night, and we just about to make it over to Mum's in time for lunch. She'd got the log fire roaring, and it was all I could do not to fall asleep. The grey day broke into brief sunshine, so we decided to go and get our fix of the sea and check out the development of the coastal defences at Holland-on-Sea. The sun didn't stick around for long, but we somehow made it back to the car before the clouds opened.
When we got back, we stoacked the fire, made a brew and started making some holiday plans for next year. Why do weekends pass so quickly?!
