Upper Taylor Reflections

The dog and I were out walking before 6.am this morning. Fergus and I covered over 8 kilometres of tracks.
We had blues skies and no wind to start with and vineyards workers were busy with the special machine spraying the grapes on Meadowbank Station. The wind got up later in the day and the skies clouded over. Even so Blenheim had the highest temperature of 28 degrees. It was a good day for drying the washing.
We are hoping for a decent dump of rain tomorrow….. We certainly need it. This image shows the reflections of willows growing on the true left bank of the upper Taylor River. I rather like the fuzzy look caused by the slow movement of the water in the river.
