Chinese Buns

.... Japanese style! Whilst they are probably more of a palatable option to the infamous black burger available at well known fast food places I suspect these are still an acquired taste. Fortunately The Zigster was on hand and wolfed down more than his share :) The bun is dyed with black charcoal and filled with pork.

Oh and it's served on my gorgeous new Tamba ceramic plate.

My idea of fast food is a mallard.
