Jack Frost

Blue sky and sunshine. A perfect frosty winters day.
Far too nice to be doing chores inside.
So off for a walk round our local country park, seemed a much better idea.
By lunch time the warmth of the sun had already melted a lot of the frost, but there were still some patches where the sun's rays hadn't reached.
This leaf had a lovely frosty covering, and I liked the way you can still see some of the autumn colours too.

Now back home, fire lit, and I'm off to make tea. ( Cod Provencal)
