Let there be Light

Defacing someone's domestic property is low.

Defacing someone's window is somehow even worse. With the word or tag 'WASH' it sinks even lower still.

It's been like this for some time, months, maybe years, well, for as long as I've been here, that's almost three years. Every time I walk by I'm hoping it will have been cleaned up. If I could magic it away, I would but I can't. What really freaks me out is other passersby don't even appear to register it at all.
