Purple Broccoli

At the allotment, preparing beds for planting, weeding, general tidying.

This head of broccoli caught my eye, so it's today's blip.

It was only saved from the depredations of the woodpigeons by hanging up a string of old CD-ROMs that spin and flash in the wind. I may harvest it for eating tomorrow...
